Privacy Policy

• Account: your GitHub numeric ID, login, and the primary email GitHub returns. Used only to identify your account and isolate your data.
• Your memories: the exact content, names, tags, and timestamps of the minsets you save. This is your data; we store it verbatim so we can return it verbatim.
• Token hashes: a SHA-256 hash of your MCP token — never the token itself in cleartext.
• Usage telemetry: per-call records (which tool, which surface, success/error, duration). Used to measure product health, e.g. whether cross-surface recall is working. No memory content is included in telemetry.

A SQLite database on a single server (Fly.io, US East region). Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The only third party in the loop is GitHub, for sign-in.

• Token rotation: regenerate your token any time at /settings.
• Deletion: email eveillardalain@gmail.com to delete your account and all associated memories. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

MinSets is in early access. Treat it as you would any pre-1.0 service: keep an independent copy of anything critical. We aim for durability but make no uptime or data-retention guarantees at this stage.
